🔞 Age Requirement

Mingak is strictly for users aged 18 years and older. All users must verify their date of birth during the registration process. Users found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately and permanently suspended. We have zero tolerance for underage users on our platform.

🚫 Nudity & Sexual Content

Nudity, sexual content, and sexually suggestive material are strictly prohibited across all areas of Mingak. This includes but is not limited to:

• Profile photos containing nudity or sexual imagery
• Nudity or sexual acts during live video streams
• Sexually explicit messages, images, or media shared through chat
• Sexual solicitation or offers of sexual services

💚 Respect & Kindness

Every user deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
• Threats of violence or harm against any individual or group
• Stalking or unwanted persistent contact after being asked to stop

⚠️ Violence & Harmful Content

Content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages violence, self-harm, or illegal activities is forbidden. This includes:

• Graphic violence or gore
• Content promoting terrorism or extremism
• Content encouraging self-harm or suicide
• Instructions for illegal activities or dangerous behavior
• Drug use or promotion of controlled substances

🔒 Privacy & Safety

Protecting user privacy is essential. All users must adhere to these rules:

• Never share another user's personal information without their explicit consent
• Do not record or screenshot live video calls without the other person's permission
• Never share phone numbers, home addresses, financial details, or private photos of others
• Report any suspicious behavior that may put users at risk

🤖 Spam, Scams & Deception

Mingak must remain a trustworthy platform. The following are not allowed:

• Spam messages, promotional content, or unsolicited advertising
• Phishing, fraud, or financial scams
• Fake profiles or impersonation of other people
• Bots or automated accounts
• Any form of deception intended to exploit other users

📢 Reporting & Enforcement

We rely on our community to help keep Mingak safe. If you encounter a violation of these guidelines:

• Use the in-app report button to flag the user or content
• All reports are reviewed by our moderation team
• Reports are kept confidential — the reported user will not know who filed the report

Our team takes appropriate action based on the severity of the violation, including but not limited to:

• Warning — for first-time minor violations
• Temporary Suspension — for repeated or moderate violations
• Permanent Ban — for severe violations or repeated offenses
